Refund policy

All drill horns are custom-made to order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right. For pre-orders, cancellations must be requested before production begins.
